Controls and Governance-Business Systems Analyst - Salesforce

Location: United States; applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Travel may be required for critical meetings, estimated at less than 10%.

Salary: $77,100–$118,600 USD annually.

What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for project management processes in Sitetracker.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, system configurations, workflows, and integrations.
• Collaborate with developers, administrators, project managers, and stakeholders to design, test, and implement Salesforce and Sitetracker solutions.
• Monitor data quality, system integrity, workflows, and integrations while proactively resolving issues.
• Identify opportunities for process automation, reporting improvements, and system optimization.
• Maintain governance documentation and provide Sitetracker guidance, training, and end-user documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role, focused on Salesforce-based platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, workflows, and reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with project management concepts and telecom or infrastructure operations is advantageous.
• Current US work authorization is required; employer-sponsored work authorization, including OPT, TN, H1B, or other work visas, is not available now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Experience with Sitetracker.
• Knowledge of SQL.
