Associate, BXMA Product Management (Investment Management)

BXMA manages multi-asset investment strategies including Absolute Return, Multi-Strategy, Total Portfolio Management, and Public Real Assets.

What you will do

• Respond to client and prospect inquiries with timely, accurate, and well-structured materials.
• Create and maintain marketing presentations, portfolio review decks, customized presentations, and other client-facing content.
• Produce recurring and ad hoc reporting deliverables, performance summaries, and portfolio analytics.
• Manage assigned deliverables from start to finish while meeting quality and deadline requirements.
• Perform quality control for numerical accuracy, formatting precision, and visual consistency.
• Collaborate with Investment, Sales, Client Service, Operations, and Compliance teams to validate information and meet business and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in investment management, investment banking, financial analysis, reporting, consulting, or a related analytical role.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling, including structuring, auditing, and troubleshooting complex analyses.
• Basic understanding of performance measurement, benchmarks, and portfolio construction.
• Ability to work with datasets, reporting tools, presentation software such as PowerPoint, and data visualization platforms.
• Strong analytical, communication, project management, collaboration, execution, and quality-control skills.
• Ability to operate reliably in a detail-oriented, deadline-driven, high-output environment.

• Exposure to financial markets, portfolio analytics, or client reporting.
• Experience working in a deadline-driven, high-output environment.
• Experience with raw datasets, tabular manipulation, and data visualization platforms.
