What you will do
- Lead and oversee medium to highly complex technical projects within the Corporate Security portfolio.
- Manage delivery accountability for Corporate Security initiatives and shared-service deliverables for projects originating outside the department.
- Plan, develop, and execute schedules to meet project deadlines and milestones.
- Coordinate timely and accurate communication with project staff throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prioritize and manage deliverables using a capacity-based methodology.
- Act as the Corporate Security point of contact and manage relationships with sponsors, senior management, and project contributors.
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge and demonstrated expertise in project planning and delivery.
- Strong leadership, relationship-building, negotiation, oral, and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently with limited supervision.
- Strong technical understanding.
Nice to have
- SAFe or Agile experience.
- Shared Services experience.
