Construction Specialist (Northern California)

Location: Rocklin, California; construction operations in Northern California

Salary: USD $104,000–$135,200 per year, with potential eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Track work authorizations, expiration dates, change orders, and stakeholder communications.
• Review invoice accuracy and completeness, assist with quantities, and support vendor submissions and approval tracking.
• Collect, clean, analyze, and manage project data using Excel and Power BI.
• Develop dashboards, visualizations, ad hoc analyses, forecasts, and performance reports.
• Maintain data accuracy across DOT restoration trackers, CMDB, ARIBA, WA Team, and SharePoint.
• Identify anomalies and process improvement opportunities while coordinating with contractors, agencies, and cross-functional project teams.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of construction experience; supervisory experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of equipment used for inspection, surveying, and construction office engineering management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to analyze complex data, maintain accurate records, and communicate actionable findings.
