Salary: $87,700–$157,800 per year

What you will do
- Lead planning and delivery of large-scale, cross-functional programs and enterprise-wide integration or process-improvement initiatives.
- Manage program scope, schedules, budgets, timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
- Coordinate project managers and business analysts across Operations, Finance, Benefit Operations, and other functional workgroups.
- Create executive dashboards, status reports, steering committee materials, and strategic analyses.
- Present program updates and facilitate cross-functional executive discussions.
- Resolve project issues, develop risk-mitigation plans, and escalate well-formulated risks to leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of program or project management experience.
- Experience leading functional teams or managing cross-functional teams on large-scale projects, including staff supervision where applicable.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications and project management tools.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
- Healthcare or managed care experience, particularly with Duals, D-SNP, Medicare, Medicaid, claims, enrollment, provider setup, or system implementations, is strongly preferred.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.
- End-to-end enterprise initiative leadership experience in Duals, D-SNP, Medicare, or Medicaid programs.
