What you will do
- Support project setup and maintenance in financial systems.
- Monitor billing, collections, revenue recognition, and project financial metrics, including unbilled and unearned revenue.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, management reporting, and variance analysis.
- Participate in month-end and quarter-end close activities, including journal entries, vendor invoices, and account reconciliations.
- Support audits, financial controls, reporting accuracy, and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Advanced student or recent graduate in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, project finance, controlling, or financial planning is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and teamwork skills with attention to detail.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
Nice to have
- Experience with ERP systems such as PeopleSoft, SAP, or Oracle.
