Salary: $90,000–$134,900 annual

What you will do
- Support strategic sourcing projects with the operations team.
- Manage sourcing deals, contracts, delivery, and quality across the full procurement cycle.
- Drive cost savings, operational excellence, on-time delivery, and supplier performance.
- Coordinate sourcing projects from product and supplier selection through execution and delivery.
- Partner with Finance and IT to develop best-practice processes and improve ERP setup.
- Identify strategic suppliers, evaluate vendor reliability, negotiate commercial terms, and organize supplier site evaluations and audits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
- Minimum five years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
- Experience in purchasing within a manufacturing or engineered-product environment.
- Experience managing subcontract suppliers and high-volume or high-value fabricated parts and component contracts in domestic and foreign markets.
- Knowledge of assembly and manufacturing processes, Purchasing Law, and the Uniform Commercial Code.
- Strong organizational, analytical, negotiation, communication, financial, and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project skills.

- Experience interfacing with manufacturing engineering and program management teams.
- Experience executing global supply chain initiatives and strategic planning.
- Demonstrated success building supplier relationships while reducing costs and improving performance.
