Private Wealth - Investor Services, Analyst/Associate

What you will do

• Drive firm-wide fund onboarding for open-ended and closed-end funds across onshore and offshore distribution platforms.
• Create and maintain task trackers, distribute meeting summaries, and coordinate follow-ups.
• Set up and oversee operational services for clients and internal and external business partners.
• Provide daily client servicing to distributors, local asset managers, and fund administrators.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate with hirify.global’s Private Wealth, Private Equity, Credit, Hedge Funds, Life Science, and Real Estate teams.
• Plan and execute projects while supporting a high-performing, collaborative team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 1 year of financial industry experience for an Analyst or 4 years for an Associate.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Japanese and English.
• Strong technical, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Nice to have

• Fund or distributor onboarding, project management, or client services experience.
• Understanding of fund structuring and operating models.
• Familiarity with fund documents and alternative investments.
• Relevant local financial product sales licenses.
• Korean language skills.
