Pay range: $25.29–$37.94 per hour

What you will do

• Supervise and coordinate production and operating workers across assembly and manufacturing activities.
• Track employee attendance and hours worked.
• Inspect materials, products, equipment, and production processes for defects or malfunctions.
• Analyze work orders, production schedules, charts, and reports to determine requirements and evaluate output.
• Train employees on equipment operation and work and safety procedures.
• Resolve production and equipment problems, enforce rules, and advise on process or product improvements.

Requirements

• Two years of manufacturing experience.
• Active listening, critical thinking, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a team.
• Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and sit or stand for up to 95% of work hours; periodic exposure to heat, cold, dust, and some chemical fumes.
