Salary: $19 per hour

What you will do
- Install, maintain, and remove annuals, ornamental plants, turf, and trees.
- Perform watering, weeding, planting, transplanting, pruning, mulching, mowing, and greenhouse tasks.
- Operate landscaping and groundskeeping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, tractors, forklifts, loaders, trucks, and trailers.
- Provide cold-weather protection, prepare grounds for hurricanes, and repair weather-damaged areas.
- Work with and help lead crews while communicating professionally with Ambassadors, vendors, and guests.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving guidelines.
- Previous experience in horticulture or landscape settings.
- Ability to help lead a team or crew and solve landscape problems creatively.
- Scheduling flexibility, dependability, and willingness to learn all aspects of landscaping.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills are required.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 pounds and perform extensive walking, standing, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching, and climbing.
Nice to have
- Experience operating heavy machinery such as backhoes, forklifts, and manlifts.
