Dispatcher (Automotive)

Location: Houston, Texas, United States; onsite dispatching for towing operations.

Salary: $21.19 per hour

What you will do

• Coordinate towing resources to support vehicle pickups and deliveries.
• Assign tow truck work, plan future capacity, and optimize tower productivity.
• Identify capacity shortages and coordinate additional resources through part-time networks.
• Monitor transportation costs, time-performance metrics, and work in progress.
• Provide pickup and delivery documentation to drivers, including check and cash handling when required.
• Build relationships with towing partners and escalate transportation issues to management.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• At least 1 year of direct dispatch experience.
• Must be legally entitled to work in the United States.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and company policies.
