What you will do
- Drive business development and consultative sales for the Real World Evidence business across Brazil and LATAM.
- Prospect within existing and new pharmaceutical and healthcare accounts and build relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Develop strategic account and sales plans, lead client engagement, shape opportunities, and position solutions.
- Coordinate with scientific, technical, operational, contracts, and proposal teams to develop client-focused solutions.
- Manage sales follow-up, contractual documentation, CRM pipeline visibility, and customer satisfaction activities.
- Lead, coach, and manage business development team members supporting the regional RWE business.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Public Health, or a related discipline.
- Significant experience in business development, sales, account management, or related commercial roles in pharmaceutical, CRO, healthcare, or consulting environments.
- Demonstrated people management experience and the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
- Strong consultative selling, communication, presentation, organizational, and business analysis skills.
- Excellent English communication skills are required; the role collaborates with a global team.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across cross-functional and multicultural teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with scientific studies, evidence generation, or research-related solutions.
- Experience selling studies or research-based solutions.
- Experience in CROs, consulting firms, or pharmaceutical companies.
- Familiarity with Real World Evidence, observational studies, database studies, or broader evidence-generation solutions.
