TL;DR
Technology Intern (Fintech): Building and improving technology solutions across analytics, cloud engineering, software engineering, data warehousing, automation, and information security with an accent on hands-on development, testing, and process improvement. Focus on learning enterprise systems, applying software development life cycle techniques, automating operational workflows, and collaborating in Agile teams.
Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States; in-office collaboration at least four days per week with flexibility to work from home one day per week
Salary: $35.00 per hour

What you will do
- Contribute to a 10-week summer internship on a Technology team.
- Define business requirements and develop, document, test, and modify code.
- Learn and apply software development life cycle techniques, procedures, and standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Participate in Agile team ceremonies and collaborate with experienced technology professionals.
- Present internship accomplishments to Technology leadership.
Requirements
- Current junior at a four-year university pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer or Software Engineering, Computer Information Science, Information Technology Infrastructure, or a related technical field.
- Expected graduation in December 2027 or May/June 2028.
- Interest in gaining broad experience across Technology.
- Strong organization, time management, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must have valid United States work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship.

- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Classroom, project, or work experience with software development, programming, or coding.
