What you will do
- Prepare and file immigration petitions and visa applications under attorney supervision.
- Compile and analyze case facts for business immigration matters.
- Draft correspondence and maintain organized client documentation.
- Communicate directly with multiple attorneys and support case strategy and completion.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program.
- Strong writing, organizational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to work independently toward team goals.
- Strong proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, INSZoom, and document management systems.
