Plating Operator

Location: Forest Grove, Oregon, United States; onsite manufacturing role

What you will do

• Set and maintain plating and processing equipment within operational parameters.
• Follow production schedules, accommodate hot orders and schedule changes, and meet output targets.
• Read blueprints, customer standards, engineering notes, and shop control documents to produce precisely designed products.
• Perform detailed measurement and inspection work using scopes, magnification tools, calipers, gauges, and related equipment.
• Follow safety, quality, and process requirements while working closely with the production team.
• Maintain a customer-focused, urgent, and accurate approach to production.

Requirements

• Previous knowledge or experience with circuit board terminology.
• Experience using CNC machinery and measurement or inspection tools.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English, including comprehension of blueprints and engineering documents.
• Ability to perform detailed work and basic arithmetic.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand throughout the shift.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience in printed circuit board or process manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Lean principles and continuous improvement.
