Cost Manager / Senior Cost Manager - MEP

What you will do

• Lead and support major MEP replacement and infrastructure projects from inception through completion.
• Provide MEP cost planning, procurement, and commercial management advice.
• Drive project programmes, manage stakeholder interfaces, and support critical project decisions.
• Identify and resolve technical, commercial, and project delivery challenges.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and design teams across multidisciplinary project environments.
• Contribute to the development of the MEP consultancy team and its project delivery capabilities.

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a similar construction-related technical discipline.
• Professional qualification such as MRICS, or actively working towards one.
• Previous experience in a similar role within a consultancy or contractor.
• Strong experience and understanding of MEP systems is essential.
• Ability to prioritise workloads, meet deadlines, and lead delivery in accordance with construction contracts.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
