What you will do
- Act as a guest service ambassador for the property and assist patrons participating in casino promotions.
- Coordinate the setup, execution, and closeout of special events and promotional activities.
- Prepare event areas with supplies, decorations, and promotional collateral, then secure and recover materials after each event.
- Coordinate event information and timelines with affected operating departments.
- Track individual promotion budgets, record expenditures, analyze variances, and report to the Promotions Manager.
- Perform clerical duties and maintain the security and confidentiality of files, records, and lists.
Requirements
- Ability to provide guest service in a casino hotel environment.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple operating departments.
- Ability to monitor expenses and follow budget guidelines.
- Ability to maintain confidential records and promotional information.
- Availability for full-time, on-site work at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa.
