Summer 2027 IT Field Services Intern

What you will do

• Deploy, configure, and set up laptops, monitors, peripherals, and mobile devices for new hires, refresh programs, and office moves.
• Provide first-level technical support through the Tech Bar and in-person field support for hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
• Update asset inventories, track equipment assignments, support asset collection, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Maintain service requests, incident tickets, deployment records, and related documentation in the IT service management platform.
• Assist with conference room and meeting technology, including basic troubleshooting of audiovisual and collaboration tools.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives, knowledge base maintenance, operational projects, events, and training for summer interns.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate bachelor's program with a major such as Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or Marketing.
• High school diploma or GED.
• No prior professional experience required.
• Strong communication, customer service, troubleshooting, problem-solving, teamwork, documentation, and analytical skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment-based visa sponsorship is not available.
