Location: Newport, Delaware, United States; onsite day shift
Salary: $30.69–$47.96 per hour, plus eligibility for bonus, stock, and benefits.

What you will do
- Lead daily production meetings and communicate priorities, schedules, and operational objectives.
- Coordinate and monitor manufacturing activities to support on-time production execution.
- Identify operational challenges and escalate issues to management when needed.
- Support onboarding, training, coaching, mentoring, and process guidance for production employees.
- Promote adherence to safety, quality, compliance, production goals, and accountability standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support continuous improvement in productivity, quality, and process efficiency.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production workflows.
- Effective communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills focused on operational success.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced production environment.
- Higher education or specialized training/certification, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Nice to have
- Experience in chemical manufacturing, process operations, or similar production environments.
- Experience coaching, training, and developing employees.
- Experience leading teams, coordinating schedules, or facilitating production meetings.
