Market Sales Leader (Sales)

Location: Morrisville, North Carolina, United States; market-based, in-person sales responsibilities.

Salary: $66,600–$86,600 per year.

Large baking company producing and distributing branded bakery products through bakeries, sales centers, offices, and sales routes across the United States.

What you will do

• Achieve sales objectives and grow the market by leading Direct Store Delivery Excellence practices.
• Develop store-level growth plans aligned with zone objectives for revenue, freshness, and realization.
• Build customer relationships and conduct quarterly business reviews to identify opportunities and action plans.
• Execute growth initiatives for strategic brands to increase market share.
• Use sales data tools to support frontline decisions and secure new retail space and displays.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 3–5 years of related customer relations or sales experience.
• At least 6 months of experience leading and influencing others.
• Computer proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical Card and read and speak English sufficiently for transportation-related communication and reporting.
