Salary: $22.16–$29.56 per hour

What you will do

• Review closed loan packages for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with recording guidelines.
• Submit closing and collateral documents electronically or by mail to jurisdictions nationwide.
• Make recording and transfer or mortgage tax payments and disburse related funds, including refunds.
• Track closed files and recording submissions in the company operating system.
• Scan, index, review, log, and mail closing and final trailing documents.
• Communicate with internal and external parties to obtain information required for timely document submission.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service orientation and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience interacting with the general public or working in an office environment is preferred.
• Ability to work onsite in New York, NY.
