Senior Manager, Affiliates (Affiliate Marketing)

Location: Hybrid position in New York, New York, with regular office attendance according to team needs.

Salary: USD $134,470–$200,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end affiliate marketing strategy across content, commerce, loyalty, coupon, review, creator, and strategic affiliate partnerships.
• Develop growth plans and channel roadmaps focused on customer acquisition, subscriptions, revenue, profitability, and customer value.
• Optimize partner portfolios, commissions, incentives, placements, promotional strategies, and testing frameworks.
• Build executive-level relationships, negotiate commercial agreements, and recruit and onboard high-potential partners.
• Lead affiliate forecasting, budget planning, revenue projections, and performance reporting against acquisition, ROAS, revenue, and customer value targets.
• Partner with analytics, finance, brand, product, media, agencies, and vendors to improve attribution, incrementality measurement, and business recommendations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnership marketing, digital marketing, ecommerce, or performance media.
• Proven experience managing and scaling multi-million-dollar affiliate programs.
• Deep understanding of affiliate ecosystems, publisher models, affiliate networks, tracking technologies, and attribution methodologies.
• Strong commercial, negotiation, analytical, executive presence, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading agencies, vendors, or cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
