Equipment Technician (Medical Equipment)

Location: Braselton, GA, United States; onsite

Salary: $13.00–$14.00 per hour

What you will do

• Clean and disinfect medical equipment using approved disinfectants.
• Maintain department par levels, read inventory sheets, and obtain supplies.
• Transport equipment with a pushcart and maintain the assigned work area.
• Follow hospital policies, infection control processes, safety rules, and PPE requirements.
• Respond to hospital staff, report incidents and hazards, and provide professional customer service.
• Complete scheduled duties, support shift lead activities, and fill in during staff shortages.

Requirements

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to read inventory forms, instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment care, cleaning compounds, and safe chemical use.
• Completion of all required safety and task training certifications.
