Senior GRC Program Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Valasske Mezirici, Czechia; 90% remote with approximately 10% onsite at the Valmez location

Salary: 1,242,600–1,739,700 CZK per year, depending on experience and qualifications

What you will do

• Own Cabot’s globally unified IT and Security control framework and governance model.
• Define control ownership, execution expectations, evidence requirements, and end-to-end demonstrability across regions and environments.
• Lead global IT and Security risk identification, assessment, and risk register management.
• Develop enforceable policies, standards, exception governance, and control assurance methods.
• Govern third-party risk through global assessment, remediation, and exception management processes.
• Provide governance oversight for ServiceNow IRM and translate technical risk into business-relevant insight for executive leadership.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in GRC, Information Security, or IT Risk Management.
• Experience designing and operating global governance and control frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001, NIS2, and SOX ITGC.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM.
• Excellent English skills, both verbal and written.

• Experience in GRC consulting or managed services environments.
