What you will do
- Lead the park-wide finance function and partner with the Park President and senior leadership to drive business performance.
- Develop the annual business strategy, detailed business plan, budget, monthly forecasts, and variance explanations.
- Provide financial analysis for corporate partners, departmental executives, pricing initiatives, and promotional strategies.
- Oversee labor scheduling, timekeeping, workflow efficiency, and technology support across park operations.
- Lead internal control, compliance, fraud prevention, and annual pass misuse initiatives.
- Develop and monitor capital plans and business cases for return-generating projects in partnership with the Corporate Capital Team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Finance or Accounting preferred. An MBA or CPA is preferred.
- At least seven years of progressive Finance or Accounting experience and five years of successful functional leadership.
- Experience leading forecasting, budgeting, financial statement review, strategic direction, and organizational alignment.
- Proven ability to develop pro forma analyses and financial return justifications for capital projects.
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, judgment, and influencing skills, with knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP, Workday, Accertify, and Emailage is preferred. Must be able to walk up to one mile uninterrupted and lift 25 pounds.
