Senior Platforms Engineer (Infrastructure): Designing, implementing, automating, and managing secure, scalable, highly available compute, storage, virtualization, and SAN infrastructure platforms with an accent on Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, and systems integration. Focus on solving complex performance and reliability challenges, leading disaster recovery design and testing, and building resilient platform services for critical oil and gas workloads.
Location: Findlay, Ohio, with additional locations in Denver, Colorado and San Antonio, Texas.
Salary: $106,900–$184,300 annually, plus eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus.

What you will do
- Design, implement, and manage enterprise compute, storage, virtualization, and SAN platforms.
- Build highly available, scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure solutions for critical business and operational workloads.
- Develop Infrastructure as Code, automation frameworks, and automated provisioning, configuration, and validation capabilities.
- Implement DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, code reviews, automated testing, and deployment automation.
- Lead performance monitoring, capacity planning, root cause analysis, system tuning, and complex troubleshooting.
- Design disaster recovery and backup strategies, lead recovery testing, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with cybersecurity, architecture, operations, and vendors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of relevant platform engineering experience.
- Expertise in compute architecture, SAN storage, systems integration, scripting, infrastructure automation, and system administration.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure management, computer networking, cybersecurity risk management, DevSecOps, and systems testing.
- Ability to use IT Service Management practices for advanced support, performance optimization, documentation, and continuous improvement.
