What you will do
- Maintain and service barge equipment and keep accurate service logs.
- Inspect rigging and keep tools organized.
- Sweep and shovel barges and operate sweepers.
- Train on and operate skid-steer equipment.
- Drive trucks and deliver equipment as needed.
- Follow safety rules and work practices in indoor and outdoor environments.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of relevant experience.
- Good judgment and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment and determine mechanical solutions.
- Able to obtain a forklift license.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Availability to work onsite in Ashland City, Tennessee, with possible shifts on weekends or holidays.
