Work hours are flexible, ranging from 20 to 40 hours per week. The internship lasts a minimum of 6 months.

- Own, lead, and deliver key projects from the first day.
- Work in Brand Management, Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, Sales, or Product Supply.
- Develop creative and innovative approaches to significant business problems.
- Collaborate with colleagues from different backgrounds, nationalities, and markets.
- Receive continuous coaching and mentorship from managers and colleagues.
Requirements
- Active undergraduate student in Latin America with 6–12 months remaining before graduation.
- Must be able to work in Panama until graduation and commit to projects lasting at least 6 months if not currently located in Panama.
- Written and spoken proficiency in Spanish and English.
- Background in Engineering, Marketing, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Strong teamwork, communication, analytical, problem-solving, leadership-potential, and creative skills.
- Understanding of business principles, basic financial acumen, and proficiency with relevant software tools.

- Experience in project management.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies.
