Senior Sales Manager (Hospitality)

Location: Bulgari Resort Ranfushi, Maldives

What you will do

• Assist with leading segmented sales efforts across group, transient, association, and corporate business.
• Develop and implement sales strategies, solicitation programs, promotions, and segment plans.
• Drive revenue by setting booking goals, acquiring new business, and closing sales opportunities.
• Manage operational aspects of booked business, including proposals, contracts, and customer correspondence.
• Analyze market, sales, financial, and guest satisfaction data to support revenue projections and improvements.
• Build relationships with guests, customers, stakeholders, and off-property sales channels while maintaining high service standards.

Requirements

• Two-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field, plus 3 years of relevant sales and marketing experience; or a four-year bachelor's degree plus 1 year of relevant experience.
• Experience in sales and marketing or a related professional area.
• Ability to develop sales plans, manage customer relationships, analyze revenue data, and support business development.
• Ability to attend customer events, trade shows, and sales missions.
• Ability to work onsite at Bulgari Resort Ranfushi in the Maldives.
