What you will do
- Monitor clinical trial activities for compliance with protocols, good clinical practices, standard operating procedures, and applicable regulations.
- Organize, maintain, and archive study documents, including case report forms, dispensing records, regulatory forms, protocols, and correspondence.
- Order, dispense, and coordinate delivery of study medications, medical devices, equipment, and supplies; calculate dosages and provide instructions when required.
- Communicate with trial sites, coordinators, patients, investigators, and sponsors to coordinate visits and resolve incomplete data or protocol issues.
- Participate in protocol development, quality assurance audits, continuing education, conferences, and study-related literature review.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior experience in healthcare or life sciences; clinical trial experience is preferred.
- Current Missouri State Pharmacy Technician Registration.
- Meticulous attention to detail and willingness to complete routine administrative and documentation tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
