Engineering Project Manager - Treatment (Water/Wastewater)

Location: Tampa, Florida, United States; hybrid schedule with up to 40% remote work

What you will do

• Lead analysis, design, construction administration, and technical reporting for water and wastewater treatment, reuse, and resource recovery facilities.
• Manage complex, multidisciplinary treatment plant projects and teams.
• Coordinate civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical aspects of treatment plant design.
• Perform treatment process studies and plant process evaluations.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with internal and external clients and regulatory agencies.
• Support the growth, performance, and culture of the Florida treatment group and the national treatment practice.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis on Environmental Engineering.
• 6+ years of water and wastewater treatment experience, including plant process evaluation, design, and construction.
• Proven experience managing complex, multidisciplinary treatment plant projects and teams.
• Experience with water and wastewater process design, treatment process studies, and construction contract administration and management.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, and sales communication skills.
• Professional Engineer license in Florida, or ability to obtain it within six months.
