Manufacturing Operations Co-op (WI)

Location: Schofield, Wisconsin, United States. On-site work in an office and manufacturing operations environment.

Salary: $20.00–$28.00 per hour.

hirify.global is an international commercial HVAC manufacturer producing equipment for comfort ventilation, industrial processes, and institutional facilities.

What you will do

• Support day-to-day manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity.
• Use data analysis and problem-solving to support operational decisions.
• Contribute to process improvement and continuous improvement projects.
• Depending on business needs, support production supervision, the Greenheck Production System, materials, scheduling, or quality and business process improvement.

Requirements

• Enrollment in a related bachelor's degree program such as operations management, business administration, engineering, management, or supply chain.
• Expected graduation within the next three semesters or less.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Interest in hands-on learning and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
