Location: Clovis, New Mexico, US; onsite DoD support role. Relocation assistance is available.
Salary: $40–$50 per hour

What you will do
- Provide clinical social work services, mental health assessments, treatment planning, individual therapy, and treatment completion or referrals.
- Deliver mental health therapy and consultation to military members.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment approaches as clinically appropriate.
- Coordinate referrals and additional care resources when needed.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation using electronic medical records and other computer-based systems.
- Collaborate with military healthcare personnel while following Defense Health Agency standards and procedures.
Requirements
- Master of Social Work degree from a CSWE-accredited graduate school of social work.
- Current, unrestricted LCSW license in any US state, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, or the US Virgin Islands.
- At least 3 years of post-licensure independent clinical social work experience within the past 5 years, including assessment, treatment planning, therapy, and referrals.
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification from the American Heart Association, with documentation required before starting.
- US citizenship is required due to the security clearance requirement.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance and complete required security, credentialing, and employment documentation.
Nice to have
- Military, DoD, government, or military-related clinical experience.
- Behavioral health experience with military members, veterans, or similar populations.
- Experience in structured healthcare, government, or highly regulated clinical environments.
- Strong documentation, communication, clinical judgment, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
