AI Enablement Specialist

Location: HQ - San Diego, California, United States

Salary: $26.00–$28.00 per hour, plus eligible annual discretionary cash and restricted stock unit bonus targets of 10% each.

What you will do

• Develop AI-powered tools and applications for the Consumer Division.
• Maintain the platforms, systems, and infrastructure supporting AI development and deployment.
• Provide ongoing support, monitoring, and continuous improvement for delivered AI solutions.
• Coordinate intake of new AI initiatives from business partners across the division.
• Prepare reports and updates for leadership and stakeholders.
• Manage governance, risk, and compliance standards for scalable AI initiatives.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in technology, business operations, analytics, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language.
• Strong organization, process discipline, and follow-through.
• Ability to build relationships and communicate with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Ability to move between technical problem-solving and business-facing work.

Nice to have

• Experience with multiple programming or scripting languages.
• Experience working with JSON data structures.
