TL;DR
Project Manager (IT Modernization): Overseeing concurrent projects supporting EOIR Headquarters and field operations across the United States and overseas with an accent on project schedules, contract transition, stakeholder coordination, and uninterrupted mission support. Focus on managing risks and dependencies, producing executive reporting, and coordinating delivery across geographically dispersed government and contractor teams.
Location: Onsite at EOIR Headquarters in Falls Church, Virginia, United States. The role supports EOIR field locations throughout the United States and overseas.

What you will do
- Plan, execute, and deliver multiple concurrent projects supporting EOIR Headquarters and field operations.
- Maintain continuity of operations during contract transition, knowledge transfer, and operational readiness activities.
- Develop and monitor schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, resource allocation, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with the Program Manager, Government Task Managers, technical leads, government stakeholders, and contractor personnel.
- Prepare weekly status reports, executive summaries, dashboards, and ad hoc reports.
- Monitor performance, resolve issues, coordinate meetings, and ensure compliance with contractual and quality requirements.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Justice Public Trust Investigation is required.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and eight years of relevant work experience.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
- Supervisory experience and the ability to coordinate geographically dispersed project teams.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting the Department of Justice, EOIR, or other federal civilian agencies.
- Experience managing enterprise IT modernization or digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience with cloud-based and hybrid IT environments.
- Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies and ITIL service management practices.
