What you will do

• Learn development tools, programming concepts, and software development best practices with mentor guidance.
• Complete simple coding tasks independently and contribute to software design discussions.
• Document, implement, and test high-quality software features with peer and mentor support.
• Participate constructively in code reviews and submit code for review.
• Build knowledge of the team's business domain and collaborate with colleagues throughout the development process.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a four-year degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Basic Java programming skills.
• Strong teamwork, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent attention to detail, documentation, and verbal and written communication skills.
