Focus on delivering cost management services for commercial, healthcare, and higher education schemes, managing stakeholders, and developing client accounts.
Location: Belfast, Northern Ireland, with hybrid working

What you will do
- Manage the cost of building projects from initial design through construction completion.
- Support cost management for infrastructure and building projects across commercial, healthcare, and higher education sectors.
- Deliver technical services to a high standard in a consultancy environment.
- Work directly with clients and manage project stakeholders.
- Support the development of client accounts and strong commercial outcomes.
Requirements
- Proven technical delivery experience on similar projects.
- Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Cost Manager in a consultancy environment.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or a similar technical discipline, with RICS accreditation.
- Chartered or professionally qualified status, or active progress toward qualification.
- Client-focused communication, stakeholder management, collaboration, and a proactive approach.
