Summer 2027 IT Asset Management Intern

Location: Hermitage, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite at 4140 East State Street

What you will do

• Maintain and update IT asset management records for hardware and software to support compliance and audit readiness.
• Support the full asset lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, transfers, retirement, and disposal.
• Improve asset-tracking workflows and reporting processes to increase operational efficiency and reduce errors.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to identify and remediate risks related to unauthorized or end-of-life assets.
• Analyze asset data for trends, anomalies, and discrepancies to support technology investment and resource-allocation decisions.
• Complete project assignments during rotations and perform related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• No prior professional experience required.
• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate bachelor's program, preferably in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or Marketing.
• Ability to follow company policies, legal requirements, regulatory standards, and compliance procedures.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment-based visa sponsorship is not provided.
