Location: San Diego, California; onsite five days a week
Salary: $112,704–$169,056 per year

What you will do
- Collect, validate, and monitor sustainability and compliance data.
- Assess data alignment with internal controls, policies, regulatory requirements, and audit needs.
- Analyze data to identify compliance, operational, and reporting risks.
- Support mitigation actions, risk trend analysis, and corrective action tracking.
- Document data flows, map reporting processes, and contribute to automation and standardization.
- Prepare dashboards, summaries, and reports while supporting stakeholders and compliance education.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, engineering, data analytics, sustainability, or a related field.
- Early experience in data reporting, compliance, risk, or process support.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to validate structured and unstructured data.
- Working knowledge of data visualization and process mapping tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Visio.
- Basic analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
- Visa sponsorship is not available.
Nice to have
- Experience with sustainability, ESG, compliance, regulatory reporting, audits, or internal controls.
- Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau for dashboarding and visualization.
- Experience documenting data flows and reporting processes with Visio or similar tools.
- Knowledge of data quality, governance, and reporting standardization.
- Experience translating business requirements into data structures, reports, or insights.
