Material Coordinator (HPLC Manufacturing): Supporting manufacturing and warehouse operations through production kitting, shipping, receiving, inventory control, and precision packaging of HPLC columns with an accent on material handling, documentation, and in-process quality checks. Focus on executing ERP transactions and backflushes, inspecting materials and finished goods, and maintaining accurate inventory and production records.
Location: Newport, Delaware, United States; onsite. Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with a stated schedule of 6:00 PM–2:30 PM EST.
Salary: $22.42–$35.04 per hour, plus eligibility for bonus, stock, and benefits.

What you will do
- Supply production kits according to weekly priorities and support re-kitting and production material needs.
- Execute system transactions and backflushes while maintaining accurate records.
- Perform shipping, receiving, packaging, inventory control, cycle counting, and material distribution.
- Package HPLC columns precisely according to product standards.
- Participate in manufacturing activities including assembling, filling, measuring, mixing, and basic product testing.
- Inspect raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods while following safety, quality, and documentation procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or material handling.
- Experience with ERP systems preferred; SAP experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
