Sales Operations Specialist

What you will do

• Coordinate sales processes and support assigned programs and projects.
• Create daily, weekly, monthly, ad hoc, and high-level operational reports.
• Process backorders and coordinate with inventory control, production, planning, and distribution teams to improve order fulfillment.
• Maintain sales operations documentation and coordinate special processes.
• Maintain quote tables and provide accurate product quote information to relevant groups.
• Coordinate Custom Club processes between sales and custom production, including substitutions or alterations when needed.

Requirements

• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to analyze data, make recommendations, manage multiple priorities, and exercise independent judgment within defined procedures.
• High initiative, ownership, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Experience with Business Objects and other department reporting tools.
• In-depth knowledge of hirify.global products, aftermarket shafts and grips, and Custom Club production.
• Ability to train department employees on topics within the area of expertise.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
