Salary: $3,076.92–$3,557.69 per week

is a media agency with an in-house Legal team supporting the agency and its affiliates.
What you will do
- Draft, negotiate, and finalize commercial agreements for the agency and its affiliates.
- Handle consulting, media, events, experiential, technology, data licensing, SaaS, and production agreements.
- Prepare agreements including MSAs, SOWs, order forms, terms and conditions, talent agreements, and on-camera releases.
- Advise internal stakeholders on contract terms, legal risk, and business issues under attorney supervision.
Requirements
- Admitted attorney with 4+ years of relevant experience in-house or at a law firm.
- Strong commercial contract drafting and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently on commercial contracts.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable when handling confidential and time-sensitive processes.
