Principal Analyst I - API Governance, Data Quality and Reporting

Location: Columbus, Ohio, United States. Occasional travel is required.

What you will do

• Lead analysis and governance activities for the enterprise API Governance Program.
• Reconcile API inventory, metadata, and ownership information across ServiceNow CMDB, MuleSoft, Azure API Management, developer portals, monitoring platforms, and security repositories.
• Develop and communicate governance KPIs, KRIs, operational metrics, executive dashboards, and scorecards.
• Perform root-cause analysis of governance and data-quality issues and recommend process, control, and automation improvements.
• Execute API lifecycle governance controls, review findings, and coordinate remediation, exceptions, corrective actions, and escalations.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, security, risk, platform, application development, and technology leadership teams while presenting governance insights to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Advanced process and data analysis skills with strong critical-thinking ability.
• Experience serving as a subject-matter expert across one or two domains or functional areas.
• Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of regulatory and legal compliance obligations, industry standards, and practices.
