Consultants (Machine Learning) (Python/SQL/Big Data): Analyzing quantitative digital and identity data to reveal fraud drivers and develop fraud solutions, rulesets, and customer strategies with an accent on machine learning, statistical modeling, and data architecture. Focus on processing large datasets, validating ensemble and graph-based model results, optimizing rule-based treatments, and producing ROI-focused client reports.
Location: Remote within the United States; telecommuting permitted. The role supports various and unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S.
Salary: $97,490–$118,334 per year, plus benefits; eligible positions may participate in an annual bonus plan.

What you will do
- Process, clean, transform, and enable large digital and identity datasets for machine learning optimization and fraud-solution development.
- Analyze fraud vectors, digital transactions, and machine learning models using statistical and graph-based approaches.
- Develop optimized rule sets, model expressions, authentication strategies, and customer fraud strategies focused on ROI.
- Validate model results and create client-facing reports covering ROI analysis, forecasting, simulation, and optimization.
- Perform quality control, identify anomalies in data models, and evaluate incoming data streams.
- Collaborate with data scientists, consultants, and external clients to identify analytic insights.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Financial Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- At least 2 years of experience in analytics.
- Experience with Python, including Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
- Experience with SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, GCP BigQuery, Apache Spark, PySpark, and Snowflake.
- Knowledge of machine learning, data architecture, data analysis, and statistical modeling.
