TL;DR
IT Solution Lead (Python/.NET) (Enterprise Applications): Owning architecture, modernization, APIs, databases, and production reliability across enterprise applications with an accent on .NET, Python/FastAPI, React, integrations, and secure API design. Focus on modernizing legacy systems without disrupting business continuity, diagnosing complex production issues, and leading engineering standards across distributed Agile teams.
Location: Onsite in Santa Clara, California, United States; travel required 10% of the time. Relocation is not offered.
Salary: $140,500–$193,000 per year, plus potential bonus and stock awards.

What you will do
- Own architecture, technical direction, and solution design for a portfolio of enterprise applications.
- Lead incremental modernization of legacy .NET, Web Forms, Angular, and scheduled-job applications.
- Build and review backend services with C#, ASP.NET/.NET Core, and Python/FastAPI.
- Build and review React/TypeScript front ends and design secure, versioned REST APIs and integrations.
- Improve performance, observability, reliability, and incident response across code, database, integration, and infrastructure layers.
- Lead technical reviews, coordinate cross-functional Agile initiatives, mentor engineers, and communicate risks and decisions to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- 6+ years of experience in enterprise application development, architecture, integration, or modernization.
- Experience leading solutions across .NET, Python, React, REST APIs, SQL, and enterprise integrations.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture, distributed systems, microservices, API-first and event-driven integration, cloud-native patterns, security, and observability.
- Strong SQL experience with SQL Server and PostgreSQL, including stored procedures, schema and index design, execution plans, and query troubleshooting.
- Experience with Azure or AWS, containers, Kubernetes/OpenShift, Git workflows, CI/CD, automated testing, and production readiness.
Nice to have
- Cloud or technical certifications.
- Experience with OpenTelemetry, Splunk, Application Insights, or comparable observability tools.
- Working knowledge of Angular for legacy modernization.
- Experience with approved AI-assisted development tools.
