Associate Brand Manager / Senior Associate Brand Manager - Trojan (CPG)

Location: Hybrid in Ewing, New Jersey, USA; in-person attendance required on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with remote work on Mondays and Fridays.

Salary: $71,000–$131,700 annual base salary, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Execute consumer and trade promotions, special packs, sampling, public relations programs, displays, and direct marketing activities.
• Prepare product forecasts and analyze supply chain and syndicated Nielsen data.
• Support creative agency briefing processes and track milestones throughout product development.
• Build expertise in the Trojan product categories, market segments, channels, and competitive environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business and operational activities.

Requirements

• BA or BS degree required; MBA strongly preferred.
• At least one year of marketing experience or a marketing internship with a CPG company.
• Experience with category analysis and forecasting.
• Familiarity with consumer marketing research tools and techniques.
• Ability to attend the Ewing, NJ office in person three days per week.
