What you will do
- Lead all project phases and work directly with clients to achieve project objectives.
- Support technical project managers through SDLC expertise and project or program management office practices.
- Evaluate and implement packaged software solutions, including Deltek Costpoint.
- Develop methodologies and solutions for the government contracting industry.
- Manage daily project activities, assign responsibilities, and supervise project teams.
- Contribute to business development, proposals, market research, and consulting practice initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Management, or a related field.
- At least eight years of experience delivering financial and management consulting services.
- Consulting experience with commercial clients, federal clients, or both.
- Experience with Deltek Costpoint implementation engagements.
- Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, project management, and communication skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills; ability to lead, coach, and supervise others.
Nice to have
- CPA, PMP, or another relevant certification.
