Analyst, IT-Global Serialization

What you will do

• Collect, analyze, and resolve complaints and regulatory alerts using business management tools and systems.
• Investigate product issues with internal and external stakeholders to prevent supply interruptions and identify root causes.
• Collect and analyze product master data to meet country-specific serialization and UDI requirements.
• Support the development and implementation of serialization and UDI business processes.
• Support project managers with project execution, risk identification, stakeholder updates, and selected small project initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement and coordinate with marketing, legal, regulatory, quality, supply chain, manufacturing, suppliers, and contract manufacturing partners.

Requirements

• Experience using business management tools such as JDE to collect and analyze data.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, influencing, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to work independently under limited supervision.
• Dedication to outstanding customer service.

Nice to have

• Serialization or UDI experience combined with manufacturing or supply chain operations experience.
• Project management experience.
• Medical device or pharmaceutical regulatory experience.
