Senior Warehouse Inventory Control Manager (Logistics)

Location: Dallas, Texas; On-site

Salary: $88,500–$147,300 per year, plus a 15% annual incentive

What you will do

• Own regional inventory health, KPI and KPA performance, adjustment oversight, and inventory disposition pipelines across distribution centers.
• Develop, standardize, and continuously improve inventory control processes, SOPs, and scalable data-driven solutions.
• Lead regional operational improvements and enterprise inventory control initiatives from scoping through implementation.
• Translate multi-site inventory performance into data-backed recommendations for the Director and Executive Director levels.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives between distribution centers and corporate stakeholders.
• Mentor inventory control associates and managers through development plans, regular connects, and career planning.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive inventory control leadership experience in a high-volume, multi-distribution-center environment.
• Direct management experience with site-level inventory control managers and demonstrated people leadership.
• Experience building inventory control strategy, developing SOPs, improving processes, and rolling out enterprise initiatives with measurable results.
• Ability to influence distribution center operations and corporate senior leadership without direct positional authority.
• Executive presentation skills and the ability to deliver data-backed inventory performance narratives.
• Proficiency in Power BI or an equivalent visualization tool and deep warehouse management system expertise; NTS experience is strongly preferred.

Nice to have

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience identifying cross-distribution-center inventory patterns and developing regional corrective strategies.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives involving corporate and distribution center stakeholders.
• Track record of developing high-performing inventory control leaders.
