Warehouse Operations Manager (Inbound)

Salary: $100,000–$115,000 per year

What you will do

• Oversee multiple warehouse departments and shifts within a single distribution center.
• Lead, mentor, and develop warehouse supervisors and associates.
• Manage safety programs, audits, inspections, and training to maintain a safe and compliant environment.
• Drive LEAN and continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, throughput, and cost performance.
• Set performance goals, monitor KPIs, and improve productivity, accuracy, safety, and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams on long-term operational strategies.

Requirements

• Associate degree required; additional relevant experience may substitute for the degree.
• 3–5 years of warehouse operations experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, team management, and motivation skills.
• Experience with LEAN or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems and operational software.
• Ability to repeatedly lift and carry 30–40 pounds, occasionally lift up to 75 pounds, and work in variable warehouse, freezer, refrigerator, and outdoor conditions.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma certification or a similar continuous improvement qualification.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
